COLUMBIA, S.C. (Oct. 26, 2022) – The University of South Carolina is set to host a USATF Officials Certification Clinic on Sunday, Dec. 11 at the Indoor Track and Field Facility.
The event will run from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. No experience as an official or with track and field is required. The clinic will involve a mixture of hands-on training and classroom lecture. Certified officials who work South Carolina Track and Field meets are paid for their service.
There will be plenty of opportunities for officials to work with the Gamecocks in 2023. Carolina is set to host as many as seven home meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
