About our guest:
From 1979 to 1994 Frank was the British Athletics Federation’s Director of Coaching, leading the British Athletics team into its “golden era”. Frank personally trained Daley Thompson and has created training programmes for individuals such as Gerhard Berger, Katarina Witt, Boris Becker and Justin Rose.

He is also President of the European Athletics Coaches Association, Chair of World Athletics Coaching Academy, and Chair (and architect) of the IAAF Academy.
Recent appointments also include High Performance Director at the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee for Rio 2016 and strategic planning consultant to the England Rugby Leadership Team in preparation for Rugby World Cup 2019 Japan.
Frank is the author of four major publications: ‘Winning Matters’, ‘Sports Training Principles’, ‘Winning’ and ‘Winning Lines’.
