Hokies claim ACC Indoor titles


LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Virginia Tech track and field turned in the impressive feat of winning on both the men’s and women’s sides at the ACC Indoor Championships for the second year in a row.

The women outlasted Duke (91 points, second place) with a total 93 points, while the men won convincingly with 110.5 points, as Florida State had 76 points to earn second.

These victories also secure Tech two more points in the Smithfield Commonwealth Clash with UVA to tie it up 6-6, as Tech Athletics looks to defend that title once again this year.
