Clemson's Roberts Hurdles to NCAA Men's Indoor Championship

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (Clemsontigers.com) — On the final day of the 2023 NCAA Indoor National Championship Meet, Giano Roberts became the first male Tiger to ever win a National Championship in the 60 meter hurdles. He ran a personal-best and school-record 7.55 seconds to claim the title.

Roberts is the first Clemson man to win an indoor national title since Miller Moss won the heptathlon in 2011, and the first Tiger since Natoya Goule in 2015, who won the women’s 800 meters. The senior is now a three-time All-American in the event, and a seven-time All-American in total.
