Our second Jumps and Throws GP event of the summer is looming – and entries close this week.

The event will take place at Grangemouth on Sunday 21 May and athletes can enter via the online link above.

The first Jumps and Throws GP of the season took place in Inverness on April 30.

We’re keen to see as many of our jumpers and throwers compete across the GP events this season with the schedule geared to building towards National Champs events in August.

Entries for Grangemouth close at 5pm on Thursday 11 May
