BUDAPEST, Hungary – The Alabama track and field program will have eight past and present student-athletes, in a total of 11 events, participating at the 2023 World Athletics Championships.
Crimson Tide Results at 2023 World Athletics Championships
Saturday, Aug. 19
- Daniel Haugh recorded a 76.64-meter throw (251-5) on his third and final attempt to successfully move himself into the event final
- The men’s hammer throw event final will take place on Sunday, Aug. 20, at 12:49 p.m. CT
- Quanesha Burks recorded a 6.57-meter jump in the women’s long jump qualifying round to finish 16th
