Calling our throws athletes and coaches.

Our Autumn Throws meet will take place at Grangemouth on Saturday 28 October and online entries are open.

We hope to have as many athletes as possible competing at this stage of the year before the winter.

The Autumn Throws offers the chance to land a Personal Best before the end of 2023 and/or climb the Scottish/British rankings.

For those in the long throws, this is your last opportunity to compete in Scotland in the discus, hammer and javelin before the wait through to next spring.

Thanks in advance to our scottishathletics Officials who once again will make the event happen thanks to their dedication and commitment to supporting our sport.
