Scheduled for Sunday, February 11th, one of the highlights of the afternoon is sure to come in the Men’s 60 Meter Dash, which features a pair of global gold medal winners set to do battle on the center straightaway at the Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory.
Leading the charge is Christian Coleman, the world record holder in the event at 6.34 seconds. He was the 100 world champion in 2019, and he added his second Diamond League title to his resume in 2023. Stepping up to challenge Coleman is Andre De Grasse, the reigning Olympic gold medalist over 200m. His victory in Tokyo is one of six Olympic medals that De Grasse has brought home to Canada, along with an additional five world championship medals.
