SEATTLE – Though she didn’t know it at the time, and later had to be convinced, senior Beatrice Asomaning did in fact set her first School Record tonight, with the farthest ever mark by a Husky in the women’s weight throw. Asomaning’s toss was one of several outstanding efforts from UW field athletes today as day one of the two-day UW Invitational took over the Dempsey.
