Our 4J National Finals Weekend will take place in Grangemouth on February 16-18.

The full list of qualifiers from our three weekends of heats action – at Ayr, Pitreavie and Aberdeen – is within the document above.

Those athletes are asked to pre-enter by 5pm on Tuesday (February 6). We already have around 350 athlete pre-entered. Thanks for your support.

General entries open at 10am on Wednesday morning (February 7) and while spaces are very limited there will be places in each event available for general entries.
