DURHAM – Following the conclusion of another successful indoor regular season this past weekend, Duke track and field shifts its attention to postseason competition beginning with the ACC Indoor Championships this weekend. The three-day conference meet, hosted by Boston College, is slated for Feb. 22-24 at the Track at New Balance in Boston, Mass.
The Blue Devil women are looking to secure their third consecutive top-three finish and second ACC Indoor title in three seasons — Duke finished as the runner-up a season ago. Duke’s men’s squad aims to improve upon its 2023 placement (13th).
Multis commence the three-day meet on Thursday with the women’s pentathlon (11 a.m.) and men’s heptathlon (11:20 a.m.), the day’s events closed out by the women’s distance medley relay at 7:30 p.m. Friday’s action-packed slate begins with the final three events of the men’s heptathlon (11 a.m.) and concludes with the women’s 800m preliminaries at 7:30 p.m. The men’s triple jump opens the final day of competition at 11 a.m., with the women’s 4x400m relay (4 p.m.) capping the weekend of competitive action. An awards ceremony is slated to follow immediately after.

- Duke features 47 athletes competing at the conference meet this weekend – 23 men and 24 women.
- The group includes nine All-ACC honorees from a season ago in Beau Allen, Halle Bieber, Julia Jackson, Gianna Locci, Amina Maatoug – the 2023 ACC Women’s Indoor Track MVP, Megan McGinnis, Brianna Smith, Lauren Tolbert and Beck Wittstadt.
- Maatoug (DMR) and McGinnis (DMR, 400m) won gold in their respective events and will look to defend their titles this weekend.
