Darlington 10km, County Durham, August 4
Graham Rush went equal second on the British veterans M40 rankings for the year with a 30:26 clocking after a nine-second win over the North East Project’s Kieran Walker.
The City of Leeds winner sits fifth on the M40 all-time lists with his 29:30 from Wilmslow in November 2022.
It was at Wilmslow this year that women’s race winner Kirsty Longley set her third placed W45 ranking time, but here improved that by 16 seconds to 35:09 to strengthen that position in the tables.
The 2023 British & Irish Masters International fifth placer won this race by nearly two minutes from Imogen Bungay.
