Clemson Tigers Set to Compete in Live in Lou Classic

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson men’s and women’s cross country teams are set to compete in the Live in Lou Classic on Saturday, October 5 in Louisville, Ky. at the E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park. The men will be competing in the 8k which is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. ET and the women are competing in the 5k starting at 10:15 a.m. ET.
The Tigers are coming off recent success from the adidas XC Challenge as the women finished second overall and the men secured fifth. Sophomore Judy Kosgei was the first athlete to cross in the line in the 5k as she earned her first, first-place finish of the season. Senior Sawyer Dagan was the first Tiger to cross the line in the 6k as he tabbed fourth.
The women are currently ranked No. 5 in the Southeast Region as announced by USTFCCCA.
