The USC women’s cross country team will be in action at the UC Riverside Highlander Invitational (6K) at the Ag Ops Course in Riverside, Calif. on Saturday, Oct. 19. The women’s race is set to begin at 8:40 a.m.
The athletes traveling to the Inland Empire to compete this weekend are graduate student Alyssa Blockburger, graduate student Leah Disher, redshirt junior Jacqueline Duarte, senior Giovanna Pisano, junior Lucia Rabolli, graduate transfer Olivia Schmitt and sophomore Haley Spoden. Disher will be competing in her first race this season.
USC’s next competition will be its first Big Ten Cross Country Championships to be hosted by Illinois at the Orange and Blue Golf Course in Savoy, Ill.
