Chepkoech to Represent Sun Devil Cross Country in NCAA Championships


TEMPE, Ariz. – The phenomenal freshman campaign of Judy Chepkoech will conclude in Madison, Wisconsin, where the rookie will represent Sun Devil Cross Country at the NCAA Championships on Saturday, Nov. 23 at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Course.

Chepkoech will run in the Women’s 6K race at 8:20 a.m. AZT. The awards presentation is slated to begin at approximately 11 a.m. The top 40 finishers will be named to the All-American team.

The championships will air on ESPN+ with coverage beginning at 7:30 a.m. AZT.

Chepkoech is the first Sun Devil to reach the NCAA Championships since Shelby Houlihan in 2014 and is looking to become the 10th in Women’s team history to earn All-American honors.
