USTFCCCA Announces Convention Dates & Locations For 2025 & 2026
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) is pleased to announce the locations and dates of the annual USTFCCCA Convention through the year 2026, beginning this upcoming December 15-18 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
Grapevine is a suburb in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and the Gaylord Texan sits within 10 miles of the DFW Airport.
This marks the first of two consecutive years that convention will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Next year’s dates are December 14-17. (It’s also the first time since 2018 that the USTFCCCA Convention will emanate from the Lone Star State.)
Also, this year is the 20th edition of the sports’ premier coaching convention.
The USTFCCCA Convention started modestly in 2005 and has grown bigger and better every year since then. More than 1500 cross country and track & field coaches attended the 2024 USTFCCCA Convention this past December at the Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando, Florida.
