Sun Devil Track & Field Opens Indoor Season with Split-Squads at NAU Axe ‘Em Open, McFerrin 12-Degree Invite


TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil Track & Field’s 2025 campaign will commence when split-squads head to the NAU Axe ‘Em Open (Flagstaff, Ariz.) and the McFerrin 12-Degree Invite (College Station, Texas) on Friday, Jan. 10, marking the start of Dion Miller‘s sixth season at the helm of the program.

Nearly 40 Sun Devils will be in action on Friday – including more than a dozen newcomers – with throwers competing in Flagstaff and sprinters, jumpers and distance runners heading to College Station.
