Indoor season continues with triple header this weekend


SPOKANE/SEATTLE/ALBUQUERQUE — WSU Track and Field will continue its successful season with a split triple header this weekend. Some Cougar athletes will head a few states south to Albuquerque, N.M. on Friday and Saturday for the New Mexico Team Open. The rest of the athletes will either head west to the UW Invitational in Seattle, Wash. on Friday and Saturday or head north to the Inland Northwest Invitational in Spokane, Wash. on Saturday.

Last Time Out – McCluskey Memorial Open (Jan. 24-25, 2025)

The Cougs captured five wins over the course of the weekend across the border in Moscow, Idaho, at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open. WSU athletes also set 23 personal best performances in a successful weekend. Parker Duskin, Brooke Lyons, Eli Lawrence, Caden Hottman, and Gavin Dimmick all won their respective events, with Hottman and Lawrence also setting personal bests.

Up Next:

The Cougars will head back to Spokane for the Riverfront Invitational located at the Podium from February 6th – February 8th.
