Cal Finishes First Of Three Days In Austin

AUSTIN, Texas – Two California track & field athletes competed Friday at the 97th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, following an hour-long lighting interruption at Mike A. Myers Stadium.
 
Junior Loreal Wilson competed in the first round of the women’s 400m hurdles, finishing the race in 59.79, while classmate Jayden Hill appeared in the women’s 800m invitational and posted a personal-best time of 2:09.40.
 
The Golden Bears will appear Friday in several sprinting and jumping events, starting with the women’s 4x100m relay at 7:35 a.m. PT.

UP NEXT
Most of the Cal contingent at the Texas Relays will compete Friday, with the Bear’s first event of the day beginning at 7:45 a.m. PT.
