In May 2025, Cordell Tinch impressed on the track at the Keqiao/Shanghai Diamond League with a stunning run of 12.87 seconds. A personal best, a meet record and the fourth fastest time ever recorded over the 110m hurdles. But behind the performance is a story of resilience. After missing out on the Paris Olympics and finding it difficult to watch the Games, Tinch quickly shifted his focus to this year’s World Championships in Tokyo.
