The Ducks enter the weekend with a season-best DMR time of 11:04.73 from the UW Invitational (Feb. 26). That effort currently puts Oregon 15th on the indoor performance list. Friday’s race is scheduled to also feature Arkansas (currently fifth), Oklahoma State (seventh), BYU (ninth) and Kentucky (10th).

The distance-medley relay at the Arkansas Qualifier is set to go off at 12:10 p.m. (PT). Two other DMR-friendly meets will be held this weekend with the JDL Invitational (Friday) in Winston-Salem, N.C., and the Alex Wilson Invitational (Saturday) at Notre Dame.

Later on Friday’s schedule in Fayetteville, Mia Moerck and Ella Nelson will take on the 800 meters. They carry season bests of 2:06.93 and 2:06.98, respectively.

The trio of Maddy Elmore, Klaudia Kazimierska and Izzy Thornton-Bott are entered in the mile, the final individual event of Friday’s schedule. Thornton-Bott and Kazimierska registered lifetime bests of 4:33.15 and 4:33.67, respectively, last weekend at the BU Valentine Invitational. Those times currently stand at 14th and 17th in the NCAA this season.
