Three Buckeyes Complete Competition at the World Athletics Championships – Ohio State Buckeyes

RESULTS

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Current Buckeye Adelaide Aquilla, 2021 graduate Sade Olatoye and 2022 graduate Eric Harrison competed at the 2022 World Championships this weekend in Eugene, Ore. Aquilla represented Team USA, while Olatoye represented Nigeria and Harrison represented & Tobago.

• Aquilla’s best throw of 18.33m put her sixth in her qualifying flight of the women’s shot put and 14^th  overall.
• Harrison finished fifth in his heat of the 200m (20.54), which was good for 25^th overall and faster than two of the automatic qualifiers.
• Olatoye finished 13^th in her flight of the women’s hammer throw qualifying rounds with a best throw of 64.82m.
