Coffee with Larry, July 18, 2024, Sound Running on July 20, London DL on July 21, Olympics begins July 26! (Athletics August 1-11)!

The 2024 Cross Country season is here!

It is time to race!

560,000 boys and girls in high school are running cross country this fall.

After six weeks of the season (for some, eight weeks), racing is coming along well.

Why do we push hills/

Hills are the secret sauce for many coaches.

Elite athletes love hill work, as it can replace speed work, help build strength, and can be done anywhere there is an incline!
