2022 RunBlogRun Winter Training Block, Week Five, Day 5…a recovery day for Friday

Larry Eder

Over much of the nation, it is dangerously cold. We always suggest that our runners dress in layers, and hydrate, even

during the winter. We also suggest that today, if you can, train indoors, or do a small loop so you can be close to an inside

safe place. Just be careful! I have run a 30 miler at -22 F in Pennsylvania, and i was properly dressed and hydrated, so be

careful.

Today is Friday, February 3, 2023.

It is Day 5, Week 5 of the 2023 Winter Training Block.

Your workout today, warm up inside, 40-50 minutes of moderate but safe running, and long cooldown.
