GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida Gators Track and Field athletes Talitha Diggs and Jasmine Moore were named to The Bowerman Women’s May List Update, by the USTFCCCA on Wednesday afternoon. Both Diggs and Moore have appeared on all six Women’s Bowerman Watch Lists this season.
Talitha Diggs earned bronze in the women’s 400m competition this past week at the LSU Invitational, with a time of 51.51. Her time was the twelfth fastest in the nation and the thirty first fastest in the world this year. So far this outdoor season, Diggs has competed in six events, finishing in the top-5 of each and finishing first three times.
Jasmine Moore also competed at the LSU Invitational, earning bronze in the triple jump with a mark of 13.77m.45’2.25″. She has competed in five horizontal jump events this outdoor season, finishing on the podium in each one. Moore’s long jump season best is the top mark in the nation and the sixteenth furthest in the world and her triple jump season best mark is the third farthest in the nation and tenth best in the world.
Diggs, Moore, and the Gators continue their 2023 campaign on May 11-13 at the SEC Outdoor Championships in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
