There is a busy weekend of #4Jathletics coming up next month in Dundee.
We will head to the Regional Performance Centre in Dundee over the weekend of Saturday 13 July and Sunday 14 July.
Scottish Championship medals are up for grabs for Combined Events athletes of all ages and for Masters athletes in five-year bands from V35.
The Saturday programme, which hosts the Masters, also includes Para Success events and an Open Steeplechase (U17 and above).
Online entries are open and we would love to see strong support from athletes, coaches and clubs for the events over that weekend.

In the Combined Events Champs, as a trial for 2024, we are looking to introduce two new team formats in the U13 and U15 categories .
Format 1: Combined Events Team Challenge
Four Competitions will be run across the following categories: U13 Girls, U13 Boys, U15 Girls and U15 Boys using a system that totals the highest scoring performances from within a club/team to give a single overall team score.
All clubs with more than one finishing athlete in each category will be automatically in contention for the team challenge.
(Please note all Athletes must finish with a valid combined events score for their individual event performances to contribute towards the overall team score).
Format 2: The Combined Events Challenge Cup
This pilot tallies all four categories with athletes scoring points inverse to their position within the competition: if you are 1st out of 17 you will score 17 points for your club and so one.
In this format all finishing athletes contribute to their teams overall score!
All Clubs with more than one finishing athlete across the four categories will automatically be in contention for the Combined Events Challenge Cup.
