scottishathletics are delighted to welcome a new member of staff to join the Communications Team.
Morven Bruce has started with us this week in a key role as our Marketing and Digital Communications Manager.
Morven has been working for a number of years for Triathlon Scotland with experience across marketing, digital communications and event delivery.
A strong recruitment process saw us receive more than two dozen applicants for the position with those short-listed interviewed back in April.
‘I am delighted to join the team at scottishathletics,’ said Morven.
‘With the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games just around the corner, as well as a number of 4J Studios National Championships domestically, it’s a really exciting time for the sport.
‘I am really looking forward to getting out to events, clubs and the wider community over the coming weeks and months.’
As Morven starts with us, Alan Erikson is leaving his role at Performance Administrator. Applications closed for that post earlier this week.
We say a big thank you and best wishes for the future to Alan for his hard work over the past year assisting the Performance Team and athletes selected for Scotland across the disciplines.
