DURHAM, N.C. ā€“ The Duke cross country team will look to close out regular season competition on a high note, as the Blue Devils gear up for the Panorama Farms Invitational slated for Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Panorama Farms Course in Earlysville, Va.

LAST TIME OUT

  • Duke cross country competed at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational on Friday afternoon, with the men’s squad headlining the day’s performances with a runner-up finish in the 8K Open race.
  • The Blue Devils capped the day with a strong performance in the men’s 8K Open race, totaling 43 points en route to locking down the second-place finish. Kovach led the charge for Duke with a ninth-place finish of 24:59.20.
  • Duke also took part in the men’s 8K Championship and women’s 6K Championship races, with both teams finishing 14th in the team standings with 355 and 346 points, respectively.
  • For the men, it was Falk (63rd) who paced the efforts in the event via a run of 24:17.21. Rolly led the way for the Blue Devil women, placing 38th after running 20:35.78.
