Logan Rees and Nancy Scott won the Senior titles at the Lindsays East District XC at Stirling.
Central AC were our host club at Stirling Uni and had to settle for silver medals in those races for Jamie Crowe and Morag Millar.
Fife AC athlete Logan (pictured above by Neil Renton) was ‘back on the bike’ after his Liverpool pain and stretched away on the last lap to win from Jamie.
Edinburgh AC’s Nancy, who won the Lindsays Short Course title at Kirkcaldy earlier this month, took another victory.
Central AC won both the team titles with Edinburgh AC and Gala on the podium in the Women’s race and Corstorphine and Fife AC on the podium in the Men’s. There were Masters titles for HBT (Women) and Metro Aberdeen (Men).
The East U20 titles were won by Harris Pagett of Strathearn Harriers and Stirling Uni’s Millie Breese.
Strathearn won a second title at U17 thanks to Eilidh Dallas as Ray Taylor of Falkirk won the Men’s U17 title.
Our U15 East champions were Freya Brown of Lasswade and there was a Falkirk clean sweep on the U15 Boys podium with Harrison MacMillan winning from twin Rory with Luke Sedman in third,
Banchory Stonehaven have U13 Girls winner thanks to Millie Glass Park and Team East Lothian topped the individual podium in the U13 Boys thanks to strong run by Tom Ibbs.

Lynn McKenna and Taha Ghafari gave Shettleston Harriers a gold medal double at the Lindsays Wests District XC.
Kilbarchan AAC were our hosts for a new championshjp venue at Barwood Park – with the Erskine Bridge and Kilpatrick Hills as the backdrop.
Conditions were benign for this time of year and in contrast to the snow of Strathaven some 12 months previously.
Lynn led the Women’s race out and was never really under threat as Rosa Donaldson of Bellahouston Harriers took the silver with 2023 champion, Eve Mackinnon of Cambuslang Harriers, completing the podium.
The Men’s race was very competitive initially with a strong group that featured Andy Douglas of Inverclyde AC and Scott Stirling of Falkirk Vics, racing via his West District…
