Badgers earn four first-place finishes in the Windy City

CHICAGO – The Wisconsin women’s track and field team earned four first-place finishes at the Wisconsin Midwest Invite in the first competition in 2025 to continue the regular season.

The group was led by Kiley Robbins, who sprinted her way to gold in the 60 meters, turning in a time of 7.43 seconds that ranks sixth in the Big Ten Conference this season.

Fiona McLoughlin, fresh off of a quality cross country season, turned in a winning time in the 3000 meters at 10 minutes, 3.70 seconds. She was followed closely by Eva Kuehn and Megan Lee, who placed second and third respectively.

As for the field events, Chloe Lindeman and Danni Langseth were the standouts en route to a successful day at Gately Stadium.

Lindeman led the pack in the weight throw with a mark of 72 feet 1 3/4 inches. Taylor Kesner finished runner-up with a heave of 71-8 3/4 (21.86m) to move into fifth on UW’s top-10 list. Kesner is the sixth UW female to throw the weight 70+ feet.
