We are all set for 4J National Relays U13, U15 and Masters, Para Indoors

Friday 31st January 2025

The Emirates Arena will be a busy place on Sunday and it all starts early in the day with the 4J National Relays and 4J Masters Indoor Champs.

These are happening prior to our first-ever EAP Indoor International which is scheduled for 6pm to 9pm at the Glasgow venue – with a big crowd in attendance.

First, though, there is very much a grassroots focus to Sunday with U13 and U15 teams from a number of clubs contesting National Relay events in those age groups.

Heats and finals will take place on Sunday with the required recovery time between the races for these youngsters.

We also have around 200 Masters athletes coming from the length and breadth of Scotland, and some from further afield, to contest their Indoor Champs.

Medals are on offer for athletes from V35 and above and in five-year age band (if performances meet set standards).

Para event opportunities are included in the programme on Sunday, too, with nine names on start-lists.

If you are coming along to attend on Sunday we look forward to seeing you there. The venue will close at 4pm as we prepare then for the EAP Indoor International.

Doors open at 5pm to ticket-holders for the EAP.

Good luck to everyone competing, coaching, supporting and volunteering at the Emirates on Sunday. And, of course, we say a big thank you in advance to our Officials.
