Women of Utah Start Weekend Off Red-Hot

SEATTLE / FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Utah track & field team had a great showing at the UW Invitational and Razorback Invitational, respectively, on Friday with four new marks to the Utes record book.

In her first race since last outdoor season, Clara Mayfield was the next fastest Ute to cross the finishing line with a PR run of her own (9:30.38). Freshman Marika Couture made her collegiate indoor track debut on Friday, clocking in at 9:32.47 while Anna Peters was on her tail with a run of 9:33.18 for a new PB by nearly 13 seconds.

RAZORBACK INVITATIONAL
