Quartet of Gators Open Indoor Season in Boston


Gators travel to Boston University for Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Members Florida Gators Indoor Track & Field program will travel to Boston, Mass., to open the 2023-2024 season at this year’s Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener.
 
The meet will take place on Saturday, December 2nd and marks the program’s first appearance on the track since the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Championships in May 2023.
 
Head Coach Mike Holloway is sending four student-athletes to compete in Saturday’s contest, all of which competed in the NCAA Cross Country Championships just a couple weeks ago.
 
Distance runners Flomena Asekol, Elise Thorner, Parker Valby and Allison Wilson are set to participate in this weekend’s action.

10:41 a.m. ET – Women’s Mile

 
1:55 p.m. ET  – Women’s 3000m

 
3:58 p.m. ET – Women’s 5000m
