Marchan Sets US #1 in the 600m at the 2023 Coach Glynn Holiday Carnival

In a jam-packed week of track & field action here at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex, the 2023 Coach Glynn Holiday Carnival saw Jaden Marchan of Leonia High School set the new US # 1 in the 600m with his time of 1:20.57. Noah Traverso of West Milford doubled in the long jump at 20-9.50 & the triple Jump at 43-1.50.

Gina Certo of the Academy of the Holy Angels had a day to remember here at Ocean Breeze as she took first-place in the 55m (7.31), 200m (25.03), & was one-fourth of the winning girls 4×400 team along with Ella Buoncuore, Amaris Hiatt & Jane Tenaglia who collectively ran 4:12.07.40 teams competed from across the Garden State at the 2023 Coach Glynn Holiday Invitational.

Up next at Ocean Breeze is the youth section of the 2023 Ocean Breeze Holiday Festival on Friday, December 29 followed by the CHSAA Novice Championships & NJCTC Relays both on Saturday, December 30.
