Robinson Earns ACC Performer of the Week Honors for Second Straight Week – University of Miami Athletics

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Senior jumper Russell Robinson registered another ACC Men’s Field Performer of the Week honor as announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon.

The Windermere, Fla., native’s impressive triple jump mark of 16.59m (54 feet, 5.25 inches) at last week’s Corky Classic in Lubbock, Texas, ranks second in the nation and first in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Two weeks ago, at the Rod McCravy Memorial in Louisville, Ky., Robinson earned his first ACC weekly honor of the 2024 indoor season after completing a 16.48m (54 feet, 1 inch).

In less than two weeks, Robinson and the rest of the Miami track and field team travels to Manhattan, Kan., to compete in the DeLoss Dodds Invitational — hosted by Kansas State University.
