Hurricanes Look to Finish Indoor Regular Season Strong in Boston and Clemson – University of Miami Athletics

The University of Miami track and field team will split into two groups this week for their final indoor regular season meets.

One group will travel to the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston, Massachusetts, while the rest of the team will take on the Tiger Paw Invite in Clemson, South Carolina.

The Tiger Paw Invite is scheduled to start Friday at 11 a.m. with the men’s weight throw. However, the first event for the Hurricanes will begin at noon with the women’s 60m hurdles and women’s long jump. Saturday’s events start at 10 a.m. with the women’s shot put and high jump.

ACCNX will provide live streams for Friday and Saturday for those looking to tune in to the Tiger Paw Invite — both live streams can be found HERE.

The David Hemery Memorial Valentine Invitational will begin on Friday at 9 a.m. with the women’s 5000m, while Saturday’s events will start with the men’s 5000m — also scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

Lancer Timing Services will be the official timekeeper for the invitational. Those looking to follow along with the meet can find live results HERE.

These two meets will be Miami’s last regular season competitions as the 2024 Indoor ACC Championships are set to kick off on February 22-24 in Boston, Massachusetts.
