The first running of the Glenn D. Loucks Memorial Track & Field Games took place in May of 1968. Since then, the Loucks Games have grown from a boys-only, one-day event to one of the largest independent on-campus scholastic invitationals in the nation. Now, more than 3,000 young women and men compete each year at the elite, three-day meet, where we see some of the best performances in the country. Several Loucks competitors have gone on to compete in collegiate, national and Olympic track and field meets such as meet record holders Katelyn Tuohy, Katelyn Tuohy, Dalilah Muhammad, LaShawn Merritt, Rai Benjamin and Derrick Adkins.

There are 33 CT schools heading across the border to White Plains High School for the three day meet that started on Thursday afternoon and will compete against athletes from ten different states plus the District of Columbia and Ontario CN.
