Enter now for August 17/18

Entries are open for one of the biggest weekends of the track and field season – at Grangemouth in August.

And to mark the Centenary of Eric Liddell’s iconic Olympic gold medal in Paris, our Senior and U17 Champs for this year after named after the Scottish athletics icon.

The Eric Liddell 131st Senior Championships will take place at Grangemouth over the weekend of Saturday 17 August and Sunday 18 August.

Our programme that weekend will include the Eric Liddell U17 Championships, the Eric Liddell U20 5000m Championships and Para events.

It promises to be a really exciting event and we would urge athletes, coaches and clubs to make this the  key goal for the season – and enter now.

Entries will close at 5pm on Thursday 1 August

We’ve already heard a commitment from Paris 2024 Olympian Nick Percy to throw at Grangemouth as he seeks to improve the Native Record in the discus. Kirsty Law, a huge supporter of these champs, has similarly highlighted her plans to compete.

We would love to see many of the Scotland team selected for Loughborough a couple of months commit to being at Grangemouth to help raise the profile of the event.
