COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri track and field’s Mitch Weber and Sterling Scott earned All-American accolades Friday during day three of the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon.
Weber claimed fourth in the discus with a mark of 60.85m (199-7) to notch First Team All-American status. It marks the first such recognition in his Tiger tenure.
Scott ended his impressive freshman season with a 14th place finish in the triple jump following a leap of 15.80m (51-10). The finish earned him second team All-American honors.
